Wave Shoppe uses USPS Priority Mail, Express and Global Priority Shipping. We package and ship your order the same day. Shipping rates to all destinations are low. Orders arrive quickly.

Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping

• We provide free USPS Priority shipping in the continental United States for orders over $75.00 excluding taxes. Not applicable to International or Express shipping. Big boxes such as bulk leis or large quantities of fabric ship best method. Wholesale shirts are assessed a flat rate shipping charge calculated at checkout.
   

• USPS Priority Mail service offers quick and secure shipping and handling of your products. Free Priority Mail shipping will be applied during checkout. On average, packages are delivered within two to four days after ordering.
   

• Even if your order is less than $75.00 we provide fast and efficient shipping through USPS Priority Mail Service, starting at $6.50 Once you have added items to your shopping cart; simply select your preferred shipping method and click the "Calculate my shipping" link, enter your address and the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed before you check out.

USPS Express Delivery

• Express Delivery is a great choice for last-minute orders. Express Delivery fees start at $19.95 (1/2 the cost of FedEx or UPS). We ship from postal codes 92027 and or 92025
   

• Express orders placed before 2:00 PM PT Monday - Friday and Saturdays before 11:30 AM PT ship same day. Orders placed after the deadlines and on Sundays ship the next business day. Most orders are delivered Next Day, but some locations may take 2 business days. We recommend that you click the link below to verify USPS Express commitments when selecting Express shipping

Priority Mail International

• Rates start at $18.95 Please allow 6 - 8 business days for delivery for most International destinations.
   

• Simply select Priority Mail International from the dropdown menu in the Shopping Cart during checkout.
   

• Standard International shipments have a 20 lb. weight limit which is about 25 apparel items. For larger quantities; please contact us for a shipping estimate.
  
  *There are length limitations on International shipments. If you order fabric that is only available rolled on a tube; we will choose the best possible method to ship.
   

• Recipient is responsible for any duties or customs fees. Orders are shipped as gifts and declared value is reasonably low.

Payment Methods Accepted

• Secure Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover)
   

• PayPal is offered as an optional payment method. Upon Check Out, click the PayPal button to use the shipping and billing information you have stored with PayPal.
   

• International orders placed on-line may require additional verification. If we feel that an order is questionable we will ask the card holder to fax us credit card information for verification purposes. This is done to protect card holders from fraudulent purchases.
   

• Payment by Wire accepted.
   

• Mail Orders are accepted as long as your payment is drawn on a U.S. bank. All checks must have a verifiable phone number and Mail orders are not shipped until the bank has cleared the check. Mail Order Form in Adobe PDF

Pre-Orders

• If you pre-ordered a shirt by itself we will ship by the advertised date or sooner. If you purchased in-stock items and a pre-order, we will ship the in-stock items and ship the pre-ordered item when it becomes available at no additional cost. If we feel that the order is within a few days of complete fulfillment we may hold the order, that is unless you told us that you were in a hurry for the other items.

Year-End Budgets

• Large corporations, government agencies, educational institutions or non-profit organizations may have budgets they need to use before the end of the year. If you have not depleted your allocated dollars for this fiscal year, contact us. We will accept a deposit that can be applied to purchases from Wave Shoppe Hawaiian Shirts during the following fiscal year.

Undeliverable Packages

• Please double check your Deliver To address when you place your order. USPS does a very good job getting Hawaiian shirts to our customers but we suggest that you do not ship to any hotels or motels, they do not accept street service and will refuse the delivery and USPS will return it to us. Having said that, we will attempt to notify you that your package was undeliverable. Your purchase will also be refunded back to you, less the shipping fee, and you will have to re-purchase.

Returns / Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase to qualify for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Items returned washed, used or past the 30 day period will be returned.

  We do NOT charge any restocking fees for orders under 3 pieces. If your return was over 3 pieces you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
   

• If you purchased the incorrect size, simply return the product. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship you the size that you specify. Customer is responsible for shipping of the item to be exchanged and Wave Shoppe pays the shipping for the replacement. We recommend that you use U.S. Mail for returns.
   

• Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned product. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refunds to be processed and posted. Refunds will only be posted to the original purchasers account.
  
  Please note that if you are returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, the return could mean that your original order may no longer qualify for free shipping. Example:  You purchased 2 shirts totaling over $75 and received free shipping (we paid it for you). Now if you return one of the shirts for a refund, your original order is no longer over $75. If that's the case we will withhold from your refund the shipping fee that we originally paid.

Non Returnable Items

• Clearance items.
• Fabrics sold by the yard.
• Special orders, which includes made to order apparel, Hawaiian shirts ordered in bulk, and embroidered Hawaiian shirts that have been embroidered with a persons name, company or 3rd party logo.
• Any item that has become worn or damaged after taking delivery.
• Any clothing articles that have an odor, smells like smoke, perfume or deodorant, or appears to have been washed, or shows any signs of being worn.
• Any pre-embroidered apparel that has visible damage to the embroidery work or backing.
• Any item that has been in contact with pets, pet hair or dander, known or unknown foreign substances.
• Any product missing the original labels, bar code or ID tag.

It is very rare to have something go wrong with an order, but in the unlikely event that something is not satisfactory, we want you to know that we will always do our very best to make it right.
