The Hawaiian prints listed in our prints and fabrics pages represent the diverse selection of Hawaiian prints that are available in bulk from our fabric warehouses and the Hawaiian islands. We use many of these Hawaiian fabrics to make Wave Shoppe Hawaiian shirts, our Aloha shirts are history in the making.

Polynesian, silks and Hawaiian print fabrics are made in limited runs and availability and total yardage may be limited. The prints turnover quickly so we highly recommend that you pick out some alternate prints.

Polycotton: A blend of polyester and cotton that gives breathability and is lightly brushed for a soft handle. Polycotton is generally an durable easy care fabric that is well suited for summer camps and rugged outdoor activities.
Silk: Silk is a natural protein fiber woven into fine textiles such as silk shirts. The best-known type of silk is obtained from cocoons made by the larvae of the silkworm, China and Japan during this period have been the two main producers, together manufacturing more than 50% of the world production each year. When silk was first discovered, it was reserved exclusively for the use of the ruler. Silk clothing was reserved only for emperors, his close relations and the very highest of his dignitaries.
